Task board

Kanban & standing tasks

Move work across WAITING, IN PROGRESS, and DONE—priorities 1–10, drag-and-drop, and standing tasks that sync with To do. Schedule recurring jobs with cron expressions and timezones—more than a one-shot ChatGPT prompt.

See status at a glance

The task board sits beside your Konva canvas and To do panel. Drag cards between columns, filter by agent, or let Run and cron advance work—no duplicate spreadsheets.

Flow

From queue to done in three moves

Standing tasks enter Waiting; execution and completion stay visible to the whole team.

  1. Add a standing task

Create work in To do or on the board—pick agent, priority, optional cron. Cards land in Waiting sorted highest first.

  2. Run (or wait for SCHED)

Click Run in To do or trigger a scheduled job. The card jumps to In progress whilst the agent streams output—stop or retry from chat or Agent API.

  3. Review in Done

Finished runs stay in Done for handoff. Re-open or queue a follow-up without losing history on the agent thread.

Columns

WAITING → IN PROGRESS → DONE

The kanban mirrors agent execution: queue in Waiting, active runs in In Progress, completed deliverables in Done. Higher priority cards rise within Waiting—the same order as the To do list.

Waiting column

Standing tasks and newly assigned work land here—sorted by priority, filterable by agent. Drag to reorder or open To do for bulk edits.

In progress

When you Run a task, it moves here whilst the agent streams output. Stop or retry from agent chat or the Agent API.

Done

Finished tasks stay visible for handoff review—archive or re-open depending on your workspace rules.

Priority 10 → 1

Set priority on any standing task. The board and To do re-sort automatically so urgent work is never buried.

Scheduled (SCHED)

Cron + timezone + recurrence on standing tasks—see labels in To do and automatic runs without manual Run clicks.

One source of truth

Edits on the board, in To do, or via API update the same task records—agents always see the latest queue.

Schedules

Cron, timezones, standing tasks

Digio evaluates cron expressions in the workspace timezone—weekly competitor scans, daily standup summaries, or hourly health checks. Full field reference and examples: CRON_РАСПИСАНИЕ_ЗАДАЧ.md.

Five-field cron

Standard five-field cron (minute hour day month weekday)

Workspace timezone

Per-workspace IANA timezone (e.g. Europe/London)

Standing task cap

Up to 40 standing tasks per agent—with SCHED tag in To do

Tips

Board habits that scale

Keep Waiting readable as agent count grows—without losing sight of what is running now.

  • Filter by agent — focus one specialist’s Waiting column during a weekly ops review.

  • Drag to reprioritize — reorder within Waiting; To do picks up the same priority instantly.

  • Agent API — move jobs from your product; cards follow the same column rules.

  • Done as handoff — leave finished cards visible until a human signs off in team chat.

Queue real work, not one-off prompts

Create standing tasks, set a schedule, and let agents run whilst you manage the board.
